Allow copy and paste from third party vendors

Customer upgraded her Windows OS to level 1809 and installed the Windows Snip and Sketch tool. The Snip and Sketch application is not able to paste screen captures into Sametime. Customer is requesting Third party vendors the ability to copy and paste into a Sametime Chat window

    This is actually considered a defect we are prioritizing a fix for.

    You can open a support case and reference this article to add support for this fix.

    Marking this idea as "Already Exists" as it is supported and should work correctly.

    Have you opened a PMR for this issue? Is it possible to post screenshots from other applications? Are you using the Sametime Entry version where richtext chat is disabled?
