"Unicode Emoji" support in Sametime

Currently, HCL Sametime only supports a very limited "emoji" palette of 24 "emojis", implemented as images.

The majority of the existing emoji collection is supported by other chat programs (Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, etc.); administrators can even delete "offensive" ones.

Expecting modern chat solutions to support "Unicode Emoji" as defined in Unicode Technical Report #51 (UTR #51) <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emoji> and keep up with the updates to the Unicode emoji list.
