Improve the behavior when searching contacts in Sametime Web

The customer have observed 2 behaviors when doing a contact search in embedded client vs. web client.
In embedded client - entering just two characters is enough for the contact to be found, regardless of where those characters appear — at the beginning, middle, or end of the name. It seems that the search is performed using a pattern similar to the regular expression "di".

However, when searching for a contact in Sametime Web, you need to enter at least 3 characters, and the search only works from the beginning of the first or last name.

As an end user, we request to have a uniform search logic in Sametime contacts across all Sametime clients (rich/web/mobile), or at least improve the search behavior.
