Setting for auto leave meeting chats after x days.

Problem:

As an End User, I need to be able to specify a number of days that I am in a meeting chat before I automatically leave that chat if nothing has happened in that chat since the meeting, because it will save me time and reduce the clutter in the All Chats list that work from most.

Proposed Solution:

Allow users to change the admin defined default to a preferred number of days in their personal settings. This will then be the number of calendar days that a user is part of the meeting chat before the server will automatically remove them from that chat

Acceptance Criteria:

Users don't have to manually leave meeting chats that are dormant, unless they want to leave it earlier than the setting.
