Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

supporting running podman/docker as non-root user and using 'security-opt' flags in that scenario

Sametime containers do not require root access - they run as user 1000 within the environment.

This is different than running docker/podman as a user other than 'root'(i.e rootless user).

Requesting to support docker/podman to run as a rootless user.

This also goes for the 'security-opt' setting that the customer is trying to use in docker-compose.yml file.

docker-compose.yml is with this setting -

security_opt:

- label=level:s0:c100,c101

Requesting to support this security configuration along with rootless user.
