Allow non-root user "Install" support for Sametime 9.0.x on WAS 8.5.x Linux RHEL

Sametime 9.0.x on Linux RHEL requires root user for install.  With WAS configuration changes, it can be switched to non-root after install, but there are security concerns with requiring root for install.  Allow non-root user "Install" support for Sametime 9.0.x on WAS 8.5.x Linux RHEL

Most companies would not allow root users to install software. Our company is definitely one of those. There are just too many security loopholes when allowing root user installations.
