Allow to edit the description field of calendar documents with attachments in Verse and V11

There is a known and well documented limitation that attachments in calendar entries are not shown to mobile users. However, we recently found out, that editing such a calendar entry (Decryption field) on the mobile device  with verse removes the attachment completely from the calendar entry. As a result the attachment is no longer visible, not on the mobile device but also not shown with the Lotus Notes Client.

Allow ability to edit the description field of calendar document with attachment in Verse with V11.
