Require approval for the same device with different accounts

The framework:

  1. Load balancing equipment ->WAF security equipment -> Nginx reverse proxy server ->Traveler servers of HA architecture ->DB2 enterprise database

  2. The SSL certificate is installed on the load balancing equipment, not in Traveler server.

Steps

1. From lotustraveler.nsf database, to set Traveler Device Settings->Device Access -> Checked "Requires approval for device access"->Set "Number of devices to allow per user before approval is required" to "0"

2. On a new device, user1 to connect to traveler server, he will see the prompt to require approval

3. On the same device, delete HCL Verse or Cache, configure another user2 to connect to traveler server, he don't receive any prompt to reuqire approval, the mail will be synced directly.

Customer's environment very complex, the testing scenario is not applicable to actual production environment, so create this enhanment request for further tracking.

    Device approval is based on a combination of device id plus user. This scenario should have triggered a device approval action. Please work as a customer support case.
