Add support for draft mail messages sync with iOS native Mail.

-> Are still missing on iOS devices using native mail with an Exchange profile.
The IBM Traveler documentation / Known limitations and restrictions list the following:

"Draft mail messages are not synchronized with the server. Apple devices do not support syncing draft messages. Drafts are considered local to the device or local to the server, and never synchronized."
-> But since Exchange EAS Protocol Version 16.0, released June 2016, "Draft folder sync" is supported.

Please add support for draft mail messages sync with iOS native Mail.

    This feature was delivered in Traveler 11.0.0 with the EAS 16.1 support. See https://help.hcltechsw.com/traveler/11.0.0/server_whats_new_v11.html

    Currently (even in iOS 12 beta), the iOS apple mail client does not support syncing the drafts folder.  That's a prereq before we can add this feature to Traveler.
