Should add one parameter to control traveler homepage user info

Refer traveler product document: https://help.hcltechsw.com/traveler/12.0.0/List_of_Notes_ini_settings.html

We can use below parameters to control display "Configure your Device","Manage the Notes ID", "Report a Problem" "Footer Server Info" these four sections info or not.

NTS_SERVLET_ALLOW_MANAGE_NOTES_ID=false

NTS_SERVLET_ALLOW_USER_MANAGE_SECURITY=false

NTS_SERVLET_WEB_FOOTER_INCLUDES_SERVER_INFO=false

But customer also need hide the user info, pls refer the updated pic, so please consider to improve this feature in future release,many thanks!
