Customer reported that the search company directory from HCL Companion app is not user friendly.
End users reported the problem in address lookup in HCL Companion App when sending encrypt email in mobile device.
1\ In Companion App, create a new encrypted email and type the target recipient in To: field but it is unable to look up the recipient address from address book/ directory.
2\ They need to click the + icon in the #1 screen next to the To: field to go to select Groups view. From their test, they must select the option “IBM Traveler Global Address List” in order to select other corp user every time.
3\ After selected the option “IBM Traveler Global Address List”, user can look up user from company directory
4\ And, verify the address is correct
