Enable Traveler (HTTP) passwords using unicode characters Merged

Currently Traveler only supports standard characters as available for the us ASCII Code.

Since most of the users try to sync their HTTP Password with AD Password user can not log in to Traveler because in AD user can use unicode characters including German Umlauts or other special characters in AD. Unfortunately some are not yet supported by traveler / verse mobile app.

Consider to enable unicode characters for http password in Domino used for traveler / verse authentication as well.

At least add a section in the Traveler Requirement for Traveler/Domino HTTP Password allowed characters. Or if a guide on how to configure Windows Password settings to prevent non supported characters for traveler to be initially used in Windows Passwords.
