To be able to add Self signed certificate inside APK for IBM Verse for android

The customer would like their own CA root and Issuer for CA certificate trust, as currently when they connect to traveler for the first time they get an un-trusted SSL certificate prompt.

They cannot use the steps in " IBM Traveler - Installing a root Certificate Authority (CA) on Android devices" -  https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21997432, on the latest Android versions due to security changes, the only way is to use a trusted authority or add it in the apk itself. ( See article: https://developer.android.com/training/articles/security-config )

This apk would therefore also need to be updated with any change to the customers certificate.

Toleration of self-signed certificates (insecure) will be removed in the future and should be avoided when setting up a new SSL configuration. Marking this as no plans to implement.
