Make multiline text fields resizeable

It's common and good practice to let the user increase the size of a textarea. There is a visible handle in the lower right corner, the user can grab with the mouse and drag it to resize the textarea element.

This doesn't change the data, the maximum length of the content or anything, but the visible size of the element on the html page.

It's easy to implement and greatly improves the user experience and usability.
