Create app.getCurrentRoles() to get current user's roles

It's not possible to get the current user's roles (like [Manager]) to write JavaScript, which executes only for users with a given role.

Especially in workflow, there could be some execution plans depend on the roles. Like a LOB manager can only approve applications up to a limit, but presidents can approve them regardless of any limits.
