Allow the number of approval stages to vary based on condition

If you built an approval for anything that have a monetary value, usually the number of approval will increase as the value gets bigger. Currently there is no way to design a conditional number of workflow stages in Volt and I believe that this is something that needs to be added to further increase the versatility of Domino Volt.

    Branching can be done in the product through Action rules. In v1.0.6 we will add a new UX for branching and decision logic.

    This option should be included in volt as currently open stages are availabe only. In most cases we have dynamic stages based on some condition's, so for this there should be some mechanism in volt to control dynamic stages & workflows.
