The customer wants to add additional setting to allow them to show or hide three options for new Domino Volt app depending on the end users.

We can create Domino Volt apps from three options, "From Blank", "From Spreadsheet" and "From Existing".

The customer wants the additional setting to allow them to show or hide these three options depending on the end users.

For example, all three options are shown for IT Department users, however only "From Spreadsheet" option is shown for most end users.
