Enhance the list of services

Once there is a dozen of services defined in an app, the GUI to manage them is not sufficient.

please make the window that lists existing service configurations (SC) larger (or use full page)
display SC ID next to SC title so it wouldn't be necessary to open each service detail to learn its SC identifier
display an icon next to each SC that tells which kind of service it is (SC target)
display an icon next to each SC that indicates whether the SC is used (witin the current app)

The avaialble SC targets are:

service catalogue and the current app
service catalogue and another Domino Leap app
Domino directory
general
Domino database
URL

This would make larger apps more manageable.

Regarding item #4, it is very hard to find that one of 20 services by mistake does not use the current app form but a form from a sister app. Even if you have com.ibm.form.nitro.service.services.ServiceException: Could not find editable application for app "f613e133-1bec-xxxx-935f-3b94b86f3cb9" for service description id of "nitro:in-app:domino:f613e133-1bec-42eb-935f-3b94b86f3cb9:84944b32-xxxx-xxxx-865 it is not possible to identify the service without analysis of application.xml
