Optionally to hide elements from View Data exports and graphs

1) Optionally hide author field when exporting to excel/xml.

2) Define which fields to show/hide in statistical graphs data.


The goal is to predefine on application manager level within the application design which columns are shown in view data export and graphs. The end users who use the view data pages should not have to ability to export specific columns if I don't allow that on application level. There are several use cases where I want to make the author column never exportable for end users.
