6) sharing self-defined colors between items

Able to create and use self defined colors for example in text elements. But not able to use these within other elements on the same form or application. This makes it harder to implement a uniform color layout when not using css.

Reproducing steps:

Created the Form1

add text element1 and Enter some text --->Selcet text color--->more color--->apply any random color--->New color will add to the new text element.

add the text element2 and enter some text--->The earlier selected color is not appearing in the selected text color.
