Make open roles visible on View data page

Once open roles are used, it is important for debugging to see which users have been assigned to what roles for each BO.

At present, we can check such assignment only via Notes client looking for $VoltDynRoles in document properties which is too difficult for citizen developers. Please make this information available via Domino Leap GUI on View data page.

Second, show also who is able to read and update a given $VoltReader and $VoltAuthors fields, i.e. present the same info that is already available under "Access Control" once a submitted form is disapayed via Notes client.

Last but not least, it would be nice to show dynamic roles via Notes client too. ($VoltDynRoles is not shown when you open a document in Notes.)
