Add more columns from App settings into new Admin dashboard

Add following columns from Application settings in the view list of the new Admin dashboard (appears on top banner) that is introduced recently with Domino Leap 1.1.2. And these columns needs to be searchable also.

1. Application Language.

2. Application Regional Options.

3. Application Name.

4. Application Description.

5. Create Full text index.

6. Home Page.

7. Application Notes.

Usage data over time is very desirable. To get there we need to implement a way to collect and track the history. This could become quite voluminous. But it is important to see the uptake (or lack of) on different apps.

AFAIK the current look of the dashboard in 1.1.2 is the first release. I wish to see more usage data.

    1. when the app was last accesed by user

    2. when was the last record submitted

    3. how many different users accessed the app

If possible, I would like to see a histogram of this information for a week, month and year.

Also the dashboard is currectly avaialble only for admins to see all apps on the server - the ACL granularity is all or nothing. IMO many non-admin developers would like to use the dashbaord for their own apps too.
