Can't override or delete existing external CSS file in Volt App

There should be some better way to make changes to existing external CSS file which are already imported to Volt App. If we make changes to existing CSS file and upload it again, it says file already exists and cannot be added. Also we cannot delete existing CSS file so that we can add it again.

    it can be done via settings/files.

    But I agree, it would be easier from the same interface were you add the css.
