Reply the checked “keep private” mail with embedded image from IBM Verse

1. UserA from iNotes sent one mail message to UserB with content and embedded image, checked "keep private" option

2. UserB open the mail message from IBM Verse, click "Reply" or "Reply All", he could not see the mail content and the image, and he can see below below info "The original message is private." Then he click Send button.

3. UserA received the replied mail from UserB, but UserA also can see the image in the mail body.

(In fact, UserA should not see the image in the Step3. It is different behaviour from inotes/notes client. )

    We are not able to reproduce this on Verse iOS (1.0.21). Contents of the original message marked as private are not visible when replied to. Marking as no plans to fix.
