    This should be a support ticket, not an idea.

    I have the same issue. 

    There are 2 reasons for that: 

     

    1. It's a reply on another mail which resides in a folder. You can click on the MailThread icon to disable the MailThread view. This wil popup the mail again, but disables the MailThread ability.

    2. Mail sent from Events are not shown in MailIn though Verse. 

     

    IBM/HCL is still working on it.
