Hi everyone,
I’d like to share a thought regarding the current "To Do" functionality in HCL Notes / iNotes. As it stands, the existing "To Do" feature feels quite outdated and limited in terms of usability and user experience.
Wouldn’t it be a great improvement if Huddo were integrated instead? Many customers are already using Huddo, and I personally find its functionality fantastic. A seamless integration, perhaps even with an entitlement model, could significantly enhance the overall user experience in HCL Verse for all of us.
Best regards,
Christoph Adler
As my idea was merged here, and somebody asks "Will HCL Connections 'Activities' achieve the same thing?"
>>No we have Verse onPrem, we do not have Connection.
ToDos is essential... and then, once available if it is improved to mimic the likes available here in internet, with drag and drop interface (like a kanban)... I mean something modern, best of best
A lot of our users use ToDos in Notes. It would be essential to implement it in Verse but with an integrated ui.
The ToDo workflow is essential for remote teams to work together. I use both personal and group (delegated) ToDos. If a new user has Verse instead of Notes he/she should be able to setup To Dos to be productive, while also seeing assigned To Dos to thema and assigning To Dos to others. A basic functionality that creates an inconsistent user experience.
It's nice that my idea has been MERGED into this one, but the origional idea is from 2018 and still in status "Needs Review".
This is also high up on our list but, to be frank, behind providing versified contacts. We're getting there.
So there we go, third most popular idea on here and essential to keep up with Outlook
