Directory Assistance and Extended Directory Catalog are built-in Domino server.
Why Verse can not take advantage of it ?
We are now using HCL Verse webmail.
We need this feature for HCL Verse Webmail.
Use case is:
Extended Directory Catalog configured in the whole organization with 57 departments.
They can not see their contact in the webmail. Resulting in a loss of information and a lot of frustration.
It is STRATEGIC.
Be able to view contacts from the address book or other directories when creating a new email. The functionality can be done on Verse / Verse on Premises
