RELATED IDEAS

Return original window option not available for New Email.

1) In Verse (VOP) when a new email is composed and clicked on "Open in New Window" will open the New email in a separate window.

2) But "Return to original window" option is not available there, if needs to go back.

3) Similarly when we check for any existing email or replying any existing email and clicked on "Open in New Window" will open the email in a separate window and we get option "Return to original window".

4) Customer is requesting this feature for New Email as well.

    Reset a standard view

    On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Define Views.

    In the Views for folder folder name box, click the view that you want to change back to its original settings.

    Click Reset.
