Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Eliminate the use of iFrames during re-authentication via SAML

After a user's SAML session expires, Verse attempts to see if the user still has a valid SAML token from the IdP and does so in a hidden iframe. If the user does not have a valid SAML session with the IdP, then a new window is launched and the user must re-enter their credentials (in the new window).

This request is to eliminate the use of the hidden iFrame in the sequence. Customer's security software is using a technique called "iframe busting" that breaks the hidden iframe window, and returns the user to the wrong window.

This is an expected flow for our current SAML implementation. At this point, we have no plan to change.
