We recently had a problem with a mailbox that would not load in Browsers, when delegates (i.e. delegatees) were trying to open it using Verse webmail.
In this situation, Verse webmail appears technically broken, as frames will display as semi-loaded and the "spinning wheel" never stops spinning.
We found that the "Mailfile Owner" profile setting was set to an incorrect name which did not exist. After setting the correct Mailfile Owner name, the issue was fixed.
This idea suggests that Verse webmail should not appear broken in any circumstances, when settings from the user space (such as Mailfile Owner) are incorrect.
Instead, a proper Warning or Error should be displayed, which indicates the incorrect setting.
With that, Verse webmail would become more resilient against problems.
