I added an extra subform to the Mail Message form that supports both printing and downloading multiple attachments. It was modelled on the Outlook interface, and provide the same features in both the Preview (with buttons displayed at the top of the preview pane. A script library and some dialog box forms complete this function, allowing the user to pick one or more attachment, and choose the Save location or Printer - which it remembers.
