Add an extension point for Single Logout when using SAML/OIDC

When using SAML authentication (or OIDC) with an external IDP, there's currently no way to add the IDPs Single Logout URL to Verse. With that, the Logout functionality in verse is non functional in this scenario as it does not terminate the idp session correctly. Please add an extension point / config ini parameter to let Verse pick up an IDP Single Logout URL to effectively terminate an IDP SSO Session and make the Logout action functional again.
