Hello,

according to support ticket, number CS0552347. I would like to ask you to consider add support for configuring more than one account via MDM in HCL Verse on Android, in Traveler 14.0+.

    Hello,

or you can allow to configure more than 1 account in MDM, because currently there is possibility to configure only 1 email account.

    Hello,

if organization is using MDM after adding application in "Catalog" (from where users can install approved applications by organization) administrator can configure profiles for this application.

    For example:

    1. profile is for example shared calendar and only people in Group 1 can receive pre-configured settings (server, username, password etc...)

    2. profile is for example private email and only people in Group 2 can receive pre-configured settings (server, username, password etc...)

Profiles are configured in hierarchical order (1. profile is above 2. profile and 1. profile is applied as first if all conditions are meet). If conditions are not meet (user is not in Group 1) system is going below to 2. profile and is checking if user is in Group 2. If user is in Group 2 system will send pre-configured settings for 2. profile.

So if user A is in Group 1, after installing HCL Verse, MDM will send automatically configuration for 1. profile, so user only click Next and OK and can work with shared calendar.

If user A is in Group 2 and not in Group 1, after installing HCL Verse, MDM will send automatically configuration for 2. profile, so user only click Next and OK and can work and have private email.

But what if user A is in Group 1 and same time in Group 2. And this is what can be awesome from HCL Verse 14 (multiple accounts).

So if user A is in both groups, 1. profile is applied after installing application HCL Verse. But now if I want to add second account in application HCL Verse (manage account - add another account) 1. profile is being loaded again.

My expectations for new functionality would be this:

If user A is in both groups, after installing application 1. profile is applied. After I click add another account HCL Verse should recognize that 1. profile is already applied and should look for next profile (2. profile which is distributed via MDM and is in hierarchical order below 1. profile)
