As a user, I need to be able to expand messages in the conversation view like the full Lotus notes clients (not preview pane), because it it is more user friendly. This was you can click on the latest message and see all replies in the preview or click an individual message underneath and only see that one.
This already exists if you are viewing the messages in a conversation thread format. Otherwise this does not make sense.
To be able to accept this ideas as something we'd want to investigate we will need more detail. To get us started I'd like for you to explain the request in a certain way.
