Request to have user's rank/title display on emails and type ahead

We would like a title field to be added to display the rank / title along with the user's name.

This would work for both the email field and type ahead, so titles can be searched instead of the name. Currently the format for emails is (First Name Last Name), but with the change it would look like (Title Last Name, First Name) ex. CEO Smith, John

Justification is this is how some companies format their names, this request would bring Verse in line with how they do business. This would address any issues of companies that uses titles and last name.
