Make "view other's calendar" cluster-aware

The scenario:

ServerA and ServerB are clustered.  All mail files exist on both.  VoP runs only on ServerA, not ServerB (because ServerB is iSeries).  ServerB is home/mail server of some users but ALL mail files exist on both servers.

The problem:

When a VoP user tries to view the calendar of someone with home/mail server in Person doc set to ServerB, they get an error - even though the mail file exists on ServerA, the VoP server, and the mail file includes the necessary VoP template parts.

Solution:

Make VoP smart enough to load the target calendar from the VoP server since they are clustered.
