Being able to see the group composition when sending messages in Verse

This functionality is needed in Verse because there are more than a few thousand mailing groups in the system. Users who are responsible for these mailing groups should be able to see their composition to include or exclude users from them.
The composition of groups is taken into account when organizing mailings. The initiator of mailing should understand to which group and with which users he sends the mailing, what number of addressees are in these groups. If necessary, a request to update the composition of this group is formed.

Also users need to be able to view user cards: so the user will know his/her correct e-mail address to send a request to be added to the group, to assign rights and other requests. Or to communicate their email to external users.
