Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

We expect the product, HCL Verse, to NOT allow deleting an existing meeting if the rescheduling is impossible, and thus, not created.
By a normal use of the product, we are capable to delete an existing meeting, without asking for. And without a replacement.
This is not a missing feature here ; this is a flow or a half-baked solution.
The behaivor of the reschedule process in web clients is WRONG for us from the moment the web client system allows you to reschedule a meeting with a resource that is already busy in that period of time.
We need that the web clients (Verse/iNotes) on reschedule process check automatically for resource availability as it does on notes client and in case the resource is occupied it doesn't allow to reschedule the meeting (as it does on iNotes prompting an alert message but finally blocking the reschedule process). Because nowadays on verse it allows you to reschedule the meeting by creating a conflict in the resource reservation.
