Meeting topic list in Verse

Customer is required to analyze meetings organized in the company for a certain period of time (quarter, year, several years, etc.).


Since they need to analyze a large volume of data, they would like to be able to unify the topics of meetings. That is, they would like to keep a list of meeting topics in the database.

Users in Verse could select these topics from a drop-down list that can be seen when creating a new calendar meeting and can be placed above the (Optional | FYI) button.


Also, depending on the meeting topic, it would be painted with some color.

But users should still have the option to manually write a topic if it is not in the topic list.
