This can already be done by creating a server add-in that catches the hooks from the router task.
Also there is now the ability to flag emails from outside the organisation.
This would also allow for Protective Marking solutions. In all Australian Government agencies there is a requirement that users classify emails ("Unclassified", "Classified", "Secret") when they are sent. Without the capability to add these tags to Email Subjects, Verse is non-compliant for any Australian government agency (and customers anywhere else with a similar classification requirement).
