Feature to allow Verse Web to open another user's calendar on a mobile browser

When using Verse on a mobile device, it does not display the delegation panel. HCL do not claim support for delegation on a mobile device and have not tested it.

If a user needs/wants to open another user's calendar, they need the correct access to do so. Using the delegation settings in Verse will setup those access rights. If the correct access is granted using the Notes/Admin clients, then the user can open the other user's calendar in a browser using Verse by using the specific URL pattern below.

There should be a way to view others calendars, as there has been in previous versions of Notes without the need to delegate and set access rights for each users.
