Unable to open document link in Verse

1) Customer using agent convert the document link into URL format. https://servername/documentID and it used to open in iNotes.
2) Since Domino 14.5 iNotes is not available. When clicking on link it provide option to open Verse, but after proceeding further it does not open intended document.
3) Suggested customer to open in below format. But with session based authentication enabled on the server, document does not open. With Basic authentication it opens.
