Allow the users to add custom filters on Toolbar in Verse

Currently in HCL Verse (VOP) we can filter the mails based on 2 inbuilt mail filters like "Attachment" and "Unread mails". So using these 2 filters we can filter the mails with attachment or unread mails to display. However these filters are not sufficient. Users often need to filter mails using different criteria and they often need to create such filters. So there is a feature request to allow users to add their custom filters on Toolbar so that it can be saved and easily accessed. This will eliminate the need to create the custom filters again and again and can be easily accessed in one click from Toolbar.
