Configurable navigation behavior for Mail, Calendar, and Contacts views (Browser & PWA)

Dear Team,

Currently, users lack control over how different views open in Verse. Many users prefer a streamlined workflow and want to stay within the same browser tab or PWA window when switching between Mail, Calendar, and Contacts.

Proposed Solution: Please add a user-specific setting in Verse that allows individuals to choose their default navigation behavior. The options should include:

  • Open in the same tab/window

  • Open in a new tab/window

Adding this flexibility will greatly reduce workspace clutter and improve the overall user experience for some users.
