Public C-API documentation

Notes Client and Domino Designer have many many features that are still not available with LotusScript-Methods. C-API is your friend here. But there is no available documentation for that. Pantelis Botsas

new method to replace design.

We want to replace the design of multiple databases daily. There is no method to replace design. We want new method like as "DesignReplace" in C-API.
