Possibilty to mark Calender Entries as "PRIVATE"!

Currently I can only use the Notes client to mark calendar entries as private. Why is this so awkward? I have to make an entry every time with the Verse app and then turn on the PC, just to mark the entry as private. Or I have to do the same entry...

Common Calender

We need a common calendar view for Management so that they can see availability of HOD and team. If anyone need to book any calendar so users can able to view only other users calendar if HE/HER busy on same date or not.
