Ability to restrict Sametime Groups

Reply to a specific chat line as in WhatsApp

If one is chatting back and forth with another person soon the questions and replies become interlaced and unclear. In WhatsApp you can right click any line and reply to that specifically. This would be a really neat addition.

Checking Read Receipts

Read or Seen marks when the recipient has read sender message. (like WhatsApp or Line) In a group chat, sender would like to know the read status in the group . who have read the message or not.

Option to check if the recipent message is read by the user

When we chat with users over sametime, there is no options for us to find the status of the message if the message is read by the user at other end, so there should be a provision for the users to confirm if the message is reached to the other us...
