Currently we can only add a text, i) at the beginning of Subject line ii) or at the end of the message body There is no support to add any text at the beginning of the message body.

Customer want to enable/disable push notification by mail sender. For example, the notification will work when a mail is sent from specific mail senders. When a mail is sent from others, it will not work and just mail is synced.

A :-) emoji in the summary view shows as :-(, but is displayed correctly in the main view.

Option to modify notification message to show the subject of the E-mail instead of Sender's name in Verse.

By default, verse notification shows 'Mail from xxxxx'. However users would like to have the subject instead of the sender's name.

Create a teamplate insie verse, which can be shared easily to answers mail quickly. Imagine a Mail co-editing and save as final that can answers easily questions of partner and customers.
