Reply to a specific chat line as in WhatsApp

If one is chatting back and forth with another person soon the questions and replies become interlaced and unclear. In WhatsApp you can right click any line and reply to that specifically. This would be a really neat addition.

Sametime v10/v11 Users to Be Able to Delete Specific Chat History While the Persistent Chat Is Enabled

It would be very helpful for end users to have the capability to delete and managed their own chat history. This is not something that can be done as of the moment without disabling the Persistent chat feature for the user, which is not convenient...
