All type of file preview support require using HCL verse.

Verse : add a way to send mail to junk and block sender
The title says it all actually. Even in 3.1 this is, if I'm correct, not possible unless you create manually a mail rule. Which is tedious. Especially since you cannot create a rule from an opened e-mail.
Show Sametime Awareness in the "important to me" bar by default without mouse hover
In Verse Web you can only see the Online Awareness when you HOVER over the UserPicture in the Important to Me bar. This is not very efficient. Please show Online Awareness by default on all pictures like the Sametime Web Chat client.
Enable functions: ability to change the automatic reply message. ability to send a different message to specified people or domains. ability to cancel replies to specific people, groups, internet addresses, or messages containing certain text.
"import holidays" is currently missing in Verse, and should be added for feature parity with Notes and iNotes. When implementing, please do fix the issue that when using iNotes to import holidays, customers experience errors regarding 32K limits.
Like in iNotes there should be an option to show the page source/MIME information of an e-mail. For analysis and tracking purposes this is needed. In iNotes the option is stored under "More -> Show MIME Full".
